2024 - present
Director of Site Reliability Engineering
Led and facilitated the SRE CoE for an Enterprise Organization consisting of dozens of applications, three platforms, and hundreds of developers. This culminated in a complete Observability tool stack giving operators and developers the ability to observe application and platform metrics, logs, and traces, significantly reducing outages, downtime, MTTR, and increasing velocity. Transformed the organization to a SRE model, building reliability early into applications and platforms.

• Reduced MTTR in outages from 4 hours to 30 minutes utilizing Observability and SRE practices.
• Led organizational change to shift from an Operations model to SRE and embedded SREs on every team reducing outages by 2/3rds.
• Consulted on bid proposal as technical SME worth $125M that was ultimately awarded to the company.

2023 - 2024
Senior Technical Product Manager
Led a DevOps contract consisting of 8 teams and ~100 personnel to build the CI/CD process and platform to ship software from a FFRDC to a production environment. Built an IMS using Advanced Roadmaps and Jira to track full lifecycle of software live for stakeholders.

• Proposed and implemented a test strategy that increased the margin for the contract and reduced the number of defects in production by 75%.
• Led organizational change to shift from an Operations model to SRE and embedded SREs on every team reducing outages by 2/3rds.
• Built Agile practices across the organization giving valuable insight to stakeholders on metrics to help drive decisions.

Belcan Government Solutions
2022 - 2023
Program Manager
Led a group of 20 developers to build a full stack VR application used for Command and Control and deployed it to users across the DoD within 6 months staying under a very tight budget.

• Negotiated with the customer and refined the Minimum Viable Product into an achievable goal to meet a six month timeline.
• Successfully deployed the application to users and secured a follow on contract worth $10M.

2021 - 2022
Agile Director
Led the Agile transformation of the J6 for a COCOM setting up Agile processes for multple cross-functional teams ranging from Security, Network, and Software reducing the project lifecycle significantly and decreasing cost.

• Reduced the time to build a partner network between the COCOM and international allies from 2 years to 6 months.
• Increased visibility into projects, enabling the CIO to make data driven decisions and reducing time in meetings by 50% and frequency of meetings by 75% by building organizational dashboards and roadmaps.

2020 - 2021
Construction Project Manager
Managed 40+ construction projects worth more than $10M for Private and Public customers through the entire project lifecycle from bidding to completion. This included contract negotiation, project initation and planning, execution, monitoring manufacturing and installation, and closing.

• Took over a failing project that was over-budget and behind schedule and repaired relationships, got it back on schedule, and ultimately negotiated an increase in scope, doubling the profit margin.
